[Talk-us] Motorway vs trunk classification for RI-4 and US-1 in Rhode Island

Thanks all for this helpful discussion.  With respect to the Rhode Island
case presented, I've documented what I believe to be the US community
consensus, which is to tag motorway only where there are multiple
consecutive grade-separated interchanges, and to terminate motorway tagging
at the first intersection.  I've captured this on the Rhode Island wiki
