To that end, the Noble County situation is a little more cut clean, though
Exxxx and Nxxxx Road names can be moved to ref=CR Nxxxx or CR Exxxx where a
simpler 3 digit, unprefixed CR ref isn't applicable. As for the suffix on
named roads, what TIGER has is as good a bet as any, the signage isn't
*super* consistent (or sometimes extant, which given the lack of landmarks
can feel a bit like "you are at a crossroads.  There are four perfectly
straight roads leading from here, all alike" if you don't know where you
are in the grid.
