Thanks for your feedback, our team will be more accurate with our edits.

We make fixes based on OSM sources: satellite or street level photos.
According to our workflow we don't fix confusing objects before we find
sources. If we don’t find the groundtruth source we don’t map at all. In
such cases we clarify the road situation by sending notes or asking local
mappers.

Also I will add more information about automatic uploading on the wiki
page.

We are always open to comments and feedback.
