I have no qualms about nuking the relation as long as the larger U S of A
relation isn't a superrelation. (Which it isn't.) Deleting it might
slightly alleviate my grumbling at the slowness of the boundary checks on
such a large beast. (I've been editing some minor civil division boundaries
that conflate with the US-Canada border, and the "Download incomplete
members" and "Validate" functions are both "push the button and go to
refill the coffee.") Without the 'coterminous US' relation (or whatever
it's called), I'd have one fewer huge relation to check for
self-intersections and discontinuities.
