My son in law is a civil engineer who studied concrete for his master’s degree. He is adamant that our roads and bridges (and buildings) are made of concrete, not cement. Despite the colloquial “cement truck” that many of us grew up with, they clearly are concrete trucks. Virtually no public infrastructure is made of cement; it’s all concrete.
