[OSM-Talk-ZA] Some elaborate fantasy/ proposed changes added

Hi
I am not sure what the issues are. The roads seems to be correctly tagged
but I don't live in the area so don't know. If they are only proposed roads
and is marked as such that is fine.

If you feel that mapping from the user is blatantly wrong then read this:
