[Openstreetmap] new applet

Bug making it only look at Regents Park is fixed.
Node & line creation issues are known and we're working on them.

I thought it better to release early, release often. If people want the
old cruddy applet back for a while I can do that but I don't think the
two issues we have will take long to fix.
