[Openstreetmap] 3D view of the GPS satellites

I spent yesterday porting gps3d to use the berlios gpsd, and get it to
install nicely into a debian package.  The result is now available
from <URL:http://developer.skolelinux.no/~pere/gps3d/>.

I've sent most of my patches to the upstream author, and hope to get
his feedback soon.
