this is fun, thankyou, and i hope it will work, and that the pledgebank
constituency is not suffering overload ;). i definitely want to
collect more metadata about participants - in particular i would love
to have at least one signup from every EU member country - and get
organisation URLs too, perhaps even short stories, somewhat like
http://protectinnovation.ffii.org.uk/ worked.

this seems like a good way to get initial feedback on the doc before
freezing it into something that people can sign onto in the assurance
that it won't change...
