[Openstreetmap] ontology, money

Hi folks
Sorry got distracted by something else, but:
Ontology:
- I'm personally for higher level human readable ontologies rather than
bitwise.
- There's also a localisation aspect, if (when!) this spreads to other
countries, that could
suggest a neutral key, language code,descriptive-string type arrangement,
for example.
- It saves a lot of re-invention to use (perhaps adapt) existing
codification of some kind.
- An existing codification also _somewhat_ aligns the system to other
systems that use the same codification, so gives a bit of Reed's law effect
to the whole thing...
Money:
- It might be time to think about some kind of structure, either social
enterprise, cooperative or something similar. That would enable whatever it
is to have a bank account etc. but would mean accounting/reporting/tax
issues. Need to find friendly financial help and one of the structures with
the simplest reporting requirements. Many US based open source things are
foundations....
Best regards Hugh
