Since I am working with raw maps, they all need their own alignment. Any 
reason you should not just 'tweak' the landsat data to shift its position?
I haven't managed to get landsat into TrackMaker yet, but the GPS tracks 
are all very stable, so I would assume that the landsat overlay is just 
a smidgen out - how many pixels does it work out at?
