That is going to be a problem where ever you get the data from, and one 
I've already had to tackle. I have all the original scans of data or 
original dumps, but I have to tell people to get permission to even look 
at it in a format prior to extracting the postcode stuff - from the 
people who originally supplied it ;)
Data protection act comes into play :)

I am hoping that the POSTCODE data will be made public domain - I'm not 
interested in the fine address details i.e. PAF!
