[Openstreetmap] more wiki spam

I have cleaned out the remaining spam from last night but as Frank says
there is still a need to find a longer term solution. In the shorter term a
method for automatically removing the same block of content from all pages
in one shot (eg the Find and Replace I use in Dreamweaver) would deal with
many of these issues quickly as most seem to post the same block of content
across the pages.

There was a discussion in early October about wiki spam on the osm wiki. Did
anything get agreed from this? There was a fresh outbreak this evening, bit
of a pain to revent each page manually.
