More spam today.

I don't know who has admin status, but this looks like a quicker way to revert all changes by the spamming user, instead of normal users reverting page by page:

As a possible prevention method, a change can be made to LocalSettings.php to turn on "SpamRegex" to block certain markup (this is suggested: $wgSpamRegex="/<div/", since most people don't use div in their wiki pages). Can we have this on the OSM wiki?
