I'll second that
I asked the eGov people how we were expected to store XML at our servers 
and got the responce "How ever you want we are not interested in that". 
XML just provides a common transfer format - until you include all of 
the possible formats in one schema - then it becomes a bit of a joke ;)

Is just part of the schema I am supposed to use to supply an address 
under eGov
Internally I store <House No><Postcode> :)
