That is not a property of XML. It is perfectly valid XML if you use
non-sensible or misleading tags, and it is even valid XML to use any
non-space UTF-8 character as a tag. Can you make sense of Japanese?
I can't. :)
The fact that most people write XML in a "sensible" way does not tell
about the properties of XML. I can write text files in a human
readable way too, but that does not make human readable and sensibly
formatted a property of text files. :)
