Well everyone seems to be unsure if it's derived works when I use
aerial maps. My question is still whether it's derived works to use
google satellite images to mark out places. Guess I have to ask a
lawyer about this.

The thing is it's great to have those aerial maps but they don't give
you much, if every vector map you make from them are derived work.

In Sweden we use RT90 I've written about it on the wiki, it's
Transverse Mercator variant. I wish I has the EPSG number for it so I
could get the OSM rendered in RT90, I'm guessing that's what the epgs
parameter to the WMS does...

I have been using QGIS to display these images since it has support
for JGW (Jpeg worldfiles), this works fine since QGIS has support for
GPX. But good integration to OSM would be helpfull.
