[Openstreetmap] GPX upload system replaced

Hello

People uploading large gpx files, like Petter and I, were subjected to
watching lots of debugging messages and waiting until it finished before
we could do anything.

I've completely re-written everything so that your gpx file will get
uploaded in the background and it will email you when done. Deletion
also occurs in the background.

I've tested it with a huge 500,000 point compressed gpx, and a little
plain text one with spaces in the name and it all seems to work.

It's live now. Any bugs, please let me know.
