[Openstreetmap] blocking spammers from wiki ?

do we have a chance to block this spammer (69.31.131.178, 69.31.82.66)
from the wiki?
i removed the link lists 2 times (and others did the same)

for our local TeX usergroup wiki
(http://jan.our-isp.org/datex/wiki/HomePage)
it was sufficient to force people to use a wiki username
(without registration) to stop spammers
