Well, this is also a problem in real life, so digital signatures do
not change anything in that respect.  If you have fake identity papers
for both Fred Bloggs and Jim Ley, it is possible that you can get
people to sign both IDs, yes.  But one is supposed to check
identification papers when signing, so you would actually have to do
document fraud to get such IDs signed.

I do not see that as a major problem for our voting procedure. :)
