Wouldn't is be better if the way creator tool could sense if there
already existed a way on the segment you clicked and then let you
choose that way?


e.g.
way 137
  seg 1
  seg 2

way 147
  seg 4
  seg 1

click on way tool
click on seg 1
choose continue old way,
choose way 147 in drop down menu
