[OSM-talk] Prototype OSM renderer showing road types, place names and contours

other than the obvious things like mercator etc, any chance it can be
done in ruby or a comparitive analysis done? Given the limited memory if
we can just run mod_ruby and not mod_perl, mod_php... etc etc etc then
it saves performance
