I'm not sure they can. I thought that on first reading, but looking
again, termination is only at the discretion of the Licensee (i.e.
us), not the Licensor (Canada) _unless_ we break the agreement. Which
we wouldn't.
I like the bit at the start: "This is a legal agreement between you
(Licensee) and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (Canada)".
That's the sort of Crown Copyright I can cope with. :)
