Are you viewing this with Firefox?
Firefox doesn't provide any way of panning or zooming an SVG file, so most
of what your are interested would not be visible in Firefox as the initial
view is only of the top left corner of the area.
Try using xalan (or your favourite XSL processor) and then view the
resulting SVG in Inkscape.
