[OSM-talk] New Freemap (based off Aug 18 planet)

The Freemap renderer (nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/openlayers) has been updated 
from the July planet to the Aug 18 version.

There are one or two issues:

- areas with very high density data (Weybridge, Sutton Coldfield) timeout. 
This is probably down to a server setting so hopefully is solvable.

- there's a bug somewhere in my alterations to the planet-to-SQL script which 
means that the second segment in each way isn't added to the way in the 
database. Again this should hopefully be sorted.

Highlights (in my testing so far) include the Isle of Wight. Hopefully with 
the next planet, Bath too.

This wouldn't have been possible without the contributions of the following
