Do we officially have a feedback form for errors in our map?

(i.e. not just "get an account and fix it yourself", wikipedia-style)

More generally, would it be useful to setup some @openstreetmap.org email 
addresses?  "errors at openstreetmap.org" would be ideal for this one, so people 
can email with misnamings they spot, and certain groups of people receive 
that email.  Another might be business at openstreetmap.org, for people who want 
OSM data formatted for a particular use and are willing to pay.
