[OSM-talk] labs.mc.com no longer utf-8 broken

I wrote a script this morning to convert the maps on
http://labs.metacarta.com/osm/ to no longer be UTF-8 broken. The cache
has been cleared, and I'm currently recaching the world (on level 9 so
far). 

If there are remaining problems with utf-8 in the map, let me know, but
I think I got them all.
