[OSM-talk] Change to Tagging Places of Worship

Places of worship are tagged as amenity=places_of_worship, and have until 
now be further classified as denomination=christian, or denomination=jewish 
etc.

It was pointed out on the wiki that "denomination" is the wrong term, and 
that it should be religion=christian, religion = jewish, with a proposal 
that denomination could then be used to further break down the 
classification, so for example a node could be:

amenity=place_of_worship
religion=christian
denomination=methodist

Voting for this was opened on the wiki on 19th November, and closed today. 
There were no votes against the proposed change.

Therefore I will:

1) change the wiki to reflect the new tagging
2) when the next planet.osm is released on 11 or 12 December, extract all 
current place_of_worship tags, and where appropriate change "denomination" 
to "religion", preserving the current instances where denomination has 
already been used as described above to beak down each religion into 
sub-categories.

However the various renderers will need to take account of this change.
