Have you changed it to download tile requests from the new server? we moved 
from bandnet to dev.openstreetmap a few days ago, but the "official download" 
still uses the bandnet server

In your tilesGen.pl scripts, there is a line 
  DownloadFile(
    "http://osmathome.bandnet.org/Requests/", 

Replace that URL with:
  http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Requests/


Similarly, check you're uploading to dev.openstreetmap, not to bandnet (that's 
uploadURL2 or something near the end of the config file)
