Please don't put things like this in emails, as its unnesesery.  It is 
hypacritical as; yes I beleive the way I am doing is a better way, just as 
you think the way you are doing is a better way.  Hence this debate.

The inportant thing is explaining why one is better than the other, and I'm 
failing to see this in your points, as are you in mine.

Currently I couldn't give a dam what others do, but I do give a dam that I 
can't progress with things.
