But my point was exactly the opposite: on one hand, I have quite a bit
of GPS data from my daily commutes to work and driving around all over
the place, which I intend to upload to OSM in the next few days.
On the other hand, I need to see a broad overview of what streets have
already been mapped in OSM, so I can drive around a little bit more and
collect a few more GPS traces. This explains my need for a printout of
the OSM maps.
I wasn't intending to pick coordinates from GE and transfer them to OSM,
but merely see where people have already been, but I'll respect your
position in your first sentence. Better be safe than being sorry, like
the gaia guy, right?
