[OSM-talk] highway=motorway|trunk|primary(_link)

Two motorways are linked by highway=motorway_link, two trunk roads by
trunk_link, thats obvious. But how should a motorway be linked to a
trunk road? motorway_link or trunk_link? Or should that part behind the
"motorway" sign be a motorway_link and the other a trunk_link? (Who
would remember exactly where that sign is?) Same problem with
primary(_link).
