motorway_link is a link road that isn't part of the main motorway, but is
subject to the typical regulations associated with the motorway.

In most countries, this restriction is: No pedestrians, No pedal cycles, No
horses, No livestock, and no low-powered motorcycles. Some countries prevent
learner drivers from driving along motorways.

On a typical motorway junction with a roundabout serving it and a trunk
road, the slip-roads (aka off-ramps and on-ramps) are highway=motorway_link;
oneway=true. The roundabout is highway=trunk; junction=roundabout;
oneway=true. The main motorway carriageways are highway=motorway.

Typically, rendered would render motorway_link the same colour as motorway,
but thinner; likewise, trunk_link would be the same colour as trunk, but
thinner, and so on.
