[OSM-talk] osmeditor: move to Qt4: opinions?

Would like to get some feedback from everyone who uses osmeditor.

I would like to move it wholesale to Qt 4, so that there will be a single
version which compiles on Linux, Windows and Mac, and so that there is
always an up-to-date version for Windows users. However I am aware that for
most Linux distributions, the standard version of Qt is version 3 (due to
dependencies from KDE 3)

Would anyone object if I started moving it to Qt4?
