[OSM-talk] overlapping uploads

when i added a track near "Wiesbadener Kreuz" (Junction A3/A66),
i noticed a low res line crossing the A3 named
"A3 - A9 -  Köln - FFT - Nuernberg - Muc"

was it intentional to duplicate the already mapped part of the A3 ?
is it ok if i delete those lines for the already mapped part
(Köln - FFM) ?
