[OSM-talk] signposted directions

I've come across the idea that describing signposted turnings using the 
wording on the signs could be a good idea when it comes to driving 
directions.

For this, I propose the use of the key "directions" on street segments 
immediately next to a junction, which is a comma-separated list of 
signposted destinations in that direction.

Anyone else think this is a good idea?
