Instead of "oneway=yes", how about "oneway=east" (or north, south,
west) - i.e. traffic can only flow from the westmost point of this
segment to the eastmost point? This would avoid possible cockups if the
data direction was reversed.

P.S. someone's been uploading GPS traces of my home town (Charlbury, a
pretty tiny place in rural Oxfordshire)... I'm impressed.
