OSM is back up.

The tile server is feeling the pain of losing it's cache(s), be gentle
whilst it rebuilds data.

Updates include

* drag tool in the applet (no more page reload icon things or holding shift)
* hitting 'esc' doesn't crash the applet
* applet puts 'loading tile...' under the correct tile
* 14 unused tables dropped
* all tables now use datetime instead of unixtime
* 7 or more columns dropped in various tables
* this all leads to about half a gig in space savings (db in now 1.5 Gb)
* sql cleanups in dao
* the beginnings of by-date functions to track history in the map
* other things I've probably forgotten
