I just bought a Garmin Nüvi for my dad today (don't tell him, it's his 
birthday tomorrow!)

I'm really impressed by the SirfStarIII chipset. The unit locks multiple 
sattelites even inside my appartment, where my ForeRunner don't detect 
any signal...
