I can sort-of-remember the list talking about this before IoW.  Someone
offered their database of postcodes from their business, but someone else
suggested that it would breach privacy.  I think we would have to make sure
that the postcodes were collected specifically for FTP or that that they
were released without restrictions?  -  Is that correct anyone?
