[OSM-talk] 'My Account' page

I've started a page on the wiki to propose a 'My Account' page to
group together all personal information and preferences. The ability
to allow users to remain anonymous, or to explicity allow use of data,
etc, keep coming up, and this seems like a logical place to let people
choose their options as well as change their personal information when
necessary.

Any input would be very welcome - especially on the options users
should be able to have. I don't know any Ruby, but I'm sure I could
figure out enough to put this together once options, etc had been
decided upon.
