Do i sound now like an Salesman advertising? Probably yes, but I hope we can 
focus our activities on this part. Since I already started to do Conversions 
like that in osm-filter.pl.
And don't hesitate if you want to clean up or expand the source. It started 
only as a quick hack for me to read and filter my gpx tracks, but when I 
found that it might be useful for others too I added it to SVN.
