[OSM-talk] relating trace points to gpx files

That's what I tried to start with osmfilter.pl. 
Tie Idea was to put your raw tracks into osmfilter and then have a 
resulting .osm file where you only have to delete some bad parts which where 
not filtered out and then can upload it to osm.
For this any coding help or ideas are really appreciated.
