[OSM-talk] Tile server is down

Works for me. 
I've just looked at an area I've definitely never looked at before
(Cardiff), and can see tracks rendered on top of the Landsat.

Celebrations were a bit premature.  The tiles are being displayed but no
map data is being renered onto them.
