We think Bedfordshire has about 5 contributors (minimum of 3 just looking at  
[[Talk:Bedford]]), they just haven't categorised their wiki user pages yet.

But robert probably counts for about 3 normal people/



Regarding the "Category:users in (place)" wikipages - are we going about it 
the wrong way?  If I visit a place, then other people mapping that area might 
want to contact me to compare notes.  But I'm not "in" that place, not living 
there, so the wiki categories won't help anyone find me.

Maybe OSM itself could return a "list of users who've edited within x miles of 
(position)" as an alternative way to find people with local knowledge...
