I thought that we'd quite like FreeThePostcode to be completely public domain?
If we believe that geocoding using Google Maps creates a derived work,
then surely we believe that geocoding using OSM also creates a derived
work, and so FreeThePostcode's database would need to be distributed
under CC by-sa? (And the open question of who, legally, should get the
attribution also applies).
Tricky, isn't it?
