I've tried, but failed to get good results.  What is the projection
used?  North of Norway get very distorted. :/

I've replicated the setup and is able to generate my own version.  But
I need to work more to get good maps generated.  What about putting
this in svn instead of asking people to pull a lot of files from the
wiki?  It was a pain to gather all the pieces.
