This is exactly what's wrong.  You're doing a lot and don't have 
time to do more.  That cron mail shouldn't go to *you* but to a 
group of people who have accounts on the running machines (not 
just SVN or developer accounts) and who can work as a *team* to 
solve the issues that come up.  This would make the project run 
smoother *and* give you more free time.

This presumes *you* have to do the dump.  Why can't I do it? Or 
Petter, or Tom, or Mikel, or someone else you trust?  If every 
important task is tied to your person, you'll never get more time.
You need not work harder, all you need is a little management.

I have had to apologize to the newcomers I tried to recruit in the 
last weeks.  OSM just isn't any better than this one-man-show.
