* The PDF atlas has had a basic projection for a while [the whole area uses a 
lat/long ratio of cos(lat), so it's not an actual mercator projection]. 
* The ZIP file doesn't contain the most up-to-date script; you need to 
copy/paste from the wiki for that.
* The latest version of the script also has that "discard coastline segments 
outside of an area" feature which lets you use the higher-resolution 
coastline files without running out of memory.
