Agreed. The email about the process and especially the nomination
deadline was quite clear. If you didn't nominate, or register to vote
(like me) then you can't expect to have your objections to the outcome
listened to. That's not to say your objections aren't valid, but the
time to object has passed.

It's important to remember that the Foundation process is also about
shifting liability away from Steve personally, which allows for
greater shared responsibility, which allows for shared workload.
In my opinion spreading the workload is secondary, we could have done
that without a foundation - thanks largely of course to people's
generosity, which I do not take for granted. Shifting the liability
of the project to an organisation rather than an individual is vital.
